He has over two decades of experience in both technology and strategy consulting, and has led engagements with large organizations around the world. Mark has extensive experience in business intelligence and performance management, designing technical solutions and business processes to support organizational strategy. His work includes Balanced Scorecard implementation, dashboard and website design and development, and organizational models. He is currently focused on helping clients understand and take advantage of opportunities in the emerging field of business analytics.
